The SNMP Administrator management software provides a simple and easy to manage the family of Maple thin clients from a single-point, centralized management console. This management software is built using industry standard protocols that provide robust tools for configuring and updating terminals. It allows administrators to remotely manage Maple terminals as well as locate other SNMP compatible thin client devices on the Network.

SNMP Administrator can view the current terminal configuration including firmware version, terminal location, and IP address and remotely reboot or shut down the terminal. Firmware updates or configuration changes can be scheduled or performed manually. Unique terminal configuration images can be created and pushed to one or multiple terminals or the terminal can pull the configuration for automatic mass updates. Configuration updates use 97% less bandwidth and device discovery is five to ten times faster verses competitive products.

Asset management features include an exportable database that includes important data fields such as serial number, location and custom fields.
